The town of Brejetuba is located in the coffee rich mountains in the state of Espírito Santo, Brazil. Joao DaSilva and his family have run their coffee plantation/farm for over 75 years. They grow a variety of Arabica beans at an altitude of close to 5,000 feet. The mineral rich soil and Joaos attention to all aspects of the process produces bold, rich premium single origin coffees.
